The happy-skin guarantee
If you're not glad you bought it within 30 days, we'll refund it — opened, half-used, whatever. Skin is personal and we'd rather lose a sale than have you own a jar you don't love.
How to start a return
Email hello@mellowtallowusa.com with your order number and a line about what didn't work — that last part isn't required, but it's how the recipes get better. We'll send a prepaid label; refunds land 3–5 business days after the carrier scans it.
Damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement straightaway — no need to return the casualty.
Bundles
The Whole Shelf can be returned whole or in part; partial returns refund the bundle-discounted price of each piece.
