Processing

Orders leave our kitchen within 2–3 business days. We whip weekly, so occasionally a bestseller sells out mid-batch — if that ever delays you more than a couple days, we'll email before you have to ask.

Rates & free shipping

We ship within the United States only — all 50 states, and that includes Alaska and Hawaii. No international orders for now.

Shipping is one flat rate to anywhere we ship, so there are no surprises based on your postcode. The exact amount appears at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Once your order passes $60, shipping is on us and we add a lip balm to the box, free — you pick the scent in the cart. No codes, no games. That threshold is measured on the items themselves, before shipping and tax, and the free balm doesn't count toward it.

Warm-weather shipping

Tallow melts around body temperature — that's a feature on your skin and a nuisance in a July mail truck. In hot months we ship early in the week and may hold Friday orders until Monday. Melted-in-transit jars are still perfectly good once chilled, but if yours arrives in rough shape, write us.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment the label prints. If tracking goes quiet for more than 5 days, nudge us — we'll chase the carrier so you don't have to.
