The basics

This site is run by Mellow Tallow, a small-batch skincare maker in Las Vegas, Nevada. Using the site or placing an order means you accept what is on this page.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your shipping confirmation — not when you click Pay. If we cannot fill an order we will cancel and refund it in full rather than substitute something.

Products & cosmetic disclaimer

These are cosmetics, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. They moisturize, soften, and help skin hold on to moisture. Nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a doctor or dermatologist.

Every product contains beef tallow except the Fountain of Youth Serum, which is an oil blend. Full ingredient lists are on each product page — read them before you buy if you have an allergy, and patch test on a small area first. Skin is individual and we cannot predict how yours will react.

Because these are handmade in small batches, colour, firmness, and scent strength vary a little from jar to jar. Tallow also firms in a cold room and softens in a warm one. That is the material behaving normally, not a defect.

Pricing & availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on where the order ships. Shipping is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free shipping — see the Shipping page.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging rather than quietly cancel or quietly charge the higher amount. You can walk away at that point with no obligation.

Returns & cancellations

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is on the Returns page and it applies even to an opened jar. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Using the site

Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape wholesale, or interfere with the site or anyone else's use of it. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe fraud or abuse is involved.

Intellectual property

The Mellow Tallow name, longhorn mark, label artwork, photography, and site copy belong to us. You are welcome to share links and to post photos of a product you bought. Please do not reuse our artwork or copy to sell something of your own.

Liability

We stand behind what we make. If a product arrives damaged, wrong, or you are simply unhappy with it, tell us and we will replace or refund it.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the business changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Clark County, Nevada. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory laws of the place you live.
